Class Times

  • Monday & Wednesday: 6 a.m, 7 a.m., 12 p.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 6 a.m, 7 a.m., 9 a.m., and 5 p.m.
  • Friday: 6 a.m, 7 a.m, 12 p.m., and 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m.

Class Types

Mondays & Fridays – Strength Days

For Strength Days, we slow down to focus on form and technique. Our priority is to make sure you are moving correctly and safely while adding resistance as you’re comfortable to build up strength.

Wednesdays – Accessory Strength Days

Accessory Strength Days are strength exercises to help improve our lifts on Mondays and Fridays. 

Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays – Metabolic Days

On Metabolic Days, we focus on increasing your heart rate and have a few different formats we cycle through, using different intervals and timing to keep it fun and interesting!
