Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any specific questions about our group training approach or membership plans, please feel free to contact us.

What is the inbody?

The inbody is a tool we use to set goals and see results. It is more than a scale. While it will tell your weight, it will also break down how much of your weight is water, muscle, and fat.

The two main numbers we look at are your body fat percentage and pounds of muscle. It can be frustrating when the scale doesn’t move, but overall weight is only part of the equation. Using these other two numbers allows us to measure progress.

Will I get bulky by strength training?

Nope. We understand this is a common concern, but here are some facts we hope will ease your fear. Strength training increases bone density, builds muscle mass, is an efficient way to burn fat, and is essential to improve daily activities. While you may notice changes in how your body looks, it’s extremely challenging to “get bulky.”

Do I have to be fit or in shape to come here/get started?

Absolutely not. We welcome people from all fitness and strength levels.

What is mobility?

Mobility is the ability to move a joint through its full range of motion. Mobility is extremely important to add to any training routine and will help make your daily activities easier.
