Let’s Get MOVING! $115/month
Are you looking to add movement but don’t know where to start? This is a great way to introduce training to your routine. At Vital Motion, we believe in starting small, setting achievable goals, and then building on them as you reach them.
This package offers 2 classes/week (8 per month) and access to the inbody once every three months.
Consistency is KEY! $135/month
This package includes 3 classes/week (12 per month) and access to the inbody once per month.
If you like the routine of Monday/Wednesday/Friday workouts or primarily want to focus on strength training, this is the package for you!
Movement is VITAL! $149/month
This is our most popular package. You gain access to unlimited classes, unlimited access to inbody, Vital Motion’s private Facebook community with daily workouts, and a 10% discount on apparel!

What I love most is seeing people notice a change in their daily life. Take my dad, for example. After he started working out, he would notice simple things, like being able to go up and down the stairs without having difficulty breathing. Or he could work in the garage and change his car’s oil without any problem.
Obviously, it’s awesome when people lose weight, hit a PR, or reach similar goals. We love that! But for them to experience improvements in their day-to-day life is ultimately the most rewarding thing about what I do. I want to help people live their best life, be healthy and confident, and do the activities they love to do for as long as they want to do them.
My advice to anyone who wants to get healthier is to change one thing at a time. It all starts with one small step in the right direction.
